By booking or participating in any activity offered by Trails and Above, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Scope of Services
Trails and Above offers guided outdoor activities including (but not limited to):
• Mountain bike tours
• Guided hikes
• Tandem paragliding flights
• Outdoortraining and Teambuilding in Nature
The exact service is described in each individual booking or offer.

3. Booking and Contract
A contract between you and Trails and Above is concluded once your booking request is confirmed in writing (via email or message). You will receive all relevant details about your activity at that point.
We reserve the right to decline bookings or cancel tours under specific conditions (e.g. weather, safety, minimum participant numbers).

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in [Euro] and include applicable taxes (unless otherwise stated).
Payment must be made as specified in the booking confirmation – usually in advance by bank transfer or on-site in cash.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by the customer:
• Up to 7 days before the activity: full refund
• 6 to 2 days before: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours before: no refund
Cancellations by Trails and Above:
If we must cancel (e.g. due to weather or safety reasons), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

6. Participant Responsibility
By participating, you confirm that:
• You are in sufficient physical and mental health
• You will follow the instructions of the guide
• You bring any required gear (as communicated beforehand)
You participate at your own risk and understand the inherent dangers of outdoor activities.

7. Liability Disclaimer
Trails and Above is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from:
• Non-compliance with guide instructions
• Force majeure (weather, natural events)
• Accidents caused by the participant’s behavior
We are insured according to legal requirements, but recommend participants carry their own personal insurance (accident, travel, etc.).

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Austria.
Place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck, unless otherwise required by consumer protection laws.
