We understand that plans can change – and we aim to be as fair as possible. Please read our refund policy carefully before booking.

Customer Cancellations

    •    More than 7 days before your activity: 100% refund

    •    6 to 2 days before the activity: 50% refund

    •    Less than 48 hours before or no-show: No refund

 

Please notify us via email as early as possible if you need to cancel.

Cancellations by Trails and Above

 

If we must cancel due to:

    •    Unsafe weather conditions

    •    Illness or accident of the guide

    •    Too few participants

    •    Force majeure (e.g. road closures, natural hazards)

 

You will receive a 100% refund or the option to reschedule (your choice).

Refund Method and Timeline

 

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (bank transfer or other)

within 7 working days of cancellation confirmation.
